Project Overview

Launching professionally, without unnecessary overhead

Paesch Business Consulting was built to help small and growing businesses simplify workflows, reduce repetitive administrative work, improve handoffs, and implement practical systems that make day-to-day operations easier.

The project started with a straightforward question: how can a small consulting business launch professionally without creating unnecessary overhead—or building complicated systems before they're needed?

The answer was a lean operating model: establish a credible brand, define clear service offerings, create a working client-acquisition process, and build only the infrastructure needed to support real client work.

02

The Challenge

Professional, repeatable, and not overengineered

The business needed a professional online presence, clearly defined services, a simple sales process, low operating costs, and a repeatable outreach workflow. The system also needed to scale beyond one-off manual work without turning into an overengineered technology project.

03

Strategy / Operating Model

A clear service progression

  1. Website or Diagnostic
  2. Improvement Sprint
  3. Implementation
  4. Automation
  5. Ongoing Support

The $250 small-business website package serves as a low-friction entry offer, with optional $25/month hosting and basic maintenance. Custom domains are billed separately at cost.

The progression shows how engagements can grow naturally—it isn't a required path. Many clients only need one step, and each engagement stands on its own.

04 · Brand & Positioning

“We help small businesses identify inefficient processes, remove bottlenecks, and implement practical improvements through short, focused improvement sprints.”

Practical improvements. Better processes. Stronger businesses.

05

Website & Production Infrastructure

A lean, production-ready stack

The business site was developed with Lovable, connected to GitHub for source control, and deployed through Cloudflare on paeschconsulting.com.

  1. Lovable
  2. GitHub
  3. Cloudflare
  4. Custom Domain

The site includes responsive design, SSL, a custom domain, dedicated service pages, a website-package page, and About, Contact, and Privacy pages.

06

Contact / Lead Capture

A tested, secure lead workflow

The production contact form was tested end-to-end. A deployment issue involving external hosting configuration was diagnosed and fixed by configuring the required Cloudflare environment variables and database permissions.

  4. Database
  5. Lead Record

Anonymous website visitors can submit leads without being able to read, update, or delete other submissions.

07

Professional Email

A dedicated business mailbox

support@paeschconsulting.com was configured as the dedicated business mailbox and tested for inbound and outbound communication before being used for outreach.

08

Prospecting & Outreach

A respectful, research-first outreach process

  1. 1Research local service businesses
  2. 2Qualify businesses with weak or no web presence
  3. 3Verify public business facts
  4. 4Create a no-obligation concept website
  5. 5Publish it clearly marked as a concept, not an official site
  6. 6Send personalized outreach
  7. 7Track status and follow-up

Concept pages are noindexed and do not collect leads or payments.

09

Concept Production System

One reusable framework, many concepts

Prospect concepts are produced through a shared, reusable site framework with dynamic business-specific routes, rather than rebuilding an entire app each time. Each concept combines generic category imagery with verified, business-specific facts.

This is an internal operating system for outreach—not a claim of client work or attribution.

10

Outreach Tracking

A single source of truth

A centralized Google Sheets tracker records every outreach attempt:

BusinessContactCategoryRegionDate sentStatusFollow-up dateSubjectLast contactNext actionNotes

This prevents duplicate contact and makes the next action for every prospect clear.

11

Early Execution / Validation

Execution metrics, not sales results

35

personalized website-outreach attempts

Initial validation included 35 personalized website-outreach attempts, each supported by a concept site or tailored outreach workflow. Prospects spanned San Antonio, New Braunfels, Kyle, San Marcos, and the greater Austin area. A controlled follow-up process was added so non-responders could receive one concise follow-up without excessive repeated contact.

These figures reflect activity completed, not sales, revenue, or conversion results.

12

Process Improvement Applied Internally

The same questions I ask clients

  • Where is work being repeated?
  • Where is information entered more than once?
  • Where can a template replace repetitive work?
  • Where should automation help?
  • Where should a human decision remain?
  • Where are unnecessary tools adding complexity?

Technology supports the process instead of becoming the process.
